In the ancient times the rishi(sages) they do meditation to introspect themselves and work for the people .To help the society is the main purpose of their whole life. Rishi’s they understood the power of their mind and devoted themselves for the prosperity for the human kind and society altogether as well as individually.

Today’s science is searching for the answers fro conscious and unconscious mind how does that work. Brain is the physicality of the mind its known the mind is the most powerful sensation of the human body. If we can understand the power of that mind nothing is impossible. We are petrified of the failure all of us want to achieve the greatest heights in our lives but gives up as soon as we are about to fail .But those who understand the power of mind and determination they can easily focus on their goals then they can easily achieve their goals. In fact it’s a statement proven by science also.

With increasing competition around us todays student are petrified of failing , every a person with job or business are enormous pressure and they are afraid of the failure hence wont able to achieve upto the potential.

“PRAGYA YOGA”

This Yoga is very beneficial for the students which are lacking the motivation to study or any other activities. This yoga Bhramri yoga helps students to meditate so that there focus can be restabilisea to normal that is why they are lacking the motivation to study some exercise are also done like padasona , utanpadasan shirshaasam, sarvaagaasam etc.

“1. प्रज्ञा योगः-”

यह विधि विद्यार्थियों के लिए हितकर है । जिन छात्रों को पढ़ने में या अन्य कार्यों में रूचि नहीं होती है या मन नहीं लगता है या कई बार परीक्षा में परिश्रम करने के बाद भी अच्छा परिणाम नहीं आ पाता है, उनके लिए यह योग विधि बहुत फायदे मंद है । इसमें भ्रामरी प्राणायाम के बाद विशेष ध्यान विधि की जाती है, जिससे मन एकाग्र होता है । पढ़ने में मन लगने लग जाता है । क्रोध व मन का आवेग समाप्त हो जाता है । कुछ आसान भी फायदेमंद है, जैसे कि पद्मासन, उत्तानपादासन और शीर्षासन आदि ।

“AISHWARYA YOGA”

This Yoga is beneficial for the business persons and job goes who have a lot of stress in their life. In this yoga anulom vilom method of exhaling and in haling air is practised and after that Bhastrika pranayam is practised. This yoga is basically used to increase wealth and prosperity. By practising this method all problems vanishes and the nature becomes calm and determinant. The person practising this yoga becomes more serious towards goals. It should be performed with a good practitioner / specialist. Otherwise doing it in a wrong way could have as oppssite effect. That is why the method and time at practise should be prime concern.

“2. ऐश्वर्य योगः-”

मानसिक एवं शारीरिक बिमारियों को और जीवन में अनायास आने वाली बाधाओं को दूर करने के लिए यह एक विशेष ध्यान विधि है । इसे विशेष प्रकार के प्राणायाम के साथ ही किय़ा जाता है, इस योग का प्रारम्भ ओंकार नाद से ही होता है । तत्पश्चात् ध्यान की विधि प्रारम्भ की जाती है । इसे भी विशेष प्रशिक्षक से ही सीखें । कई बार अनेक प्रकार के प्रयासों के बाद भी व्यक्ति स्वस्थ नहीं हो पाता है, कारण उचित विधि नहीं अपनाना । यह विधि बड़ी से बड़ी बिमारियों के दूर करने में सहायक सिद्ध हुआ है । अगर आप हमारी संस्था से सीखना चाहते हैं तो इसकी सहायता भी की जाती है । हमारे ध्यान केन्द्रों में भी आकर सहायता ले सकते है ।

“NIVRITI YOGA”

Psychological and physical health can be very well maintained by practising this yoga. It is a type of meditation and is done with pranayam. It is started with a sound of OM which is known as omkar need after that it is started. It should be learnt from a specialist. Sometimes a person cannot stay well even after taking so many medicines but after practising this yoga major complications regarding health can be maintained. “3. निवृत्ति योगः-”

यह विधि प्राणायाम के साथ की जाती है । इसमें अनुलोम-विलोम और भस्त्रिका प्राणायाम के बाद ध्यान योग प्रारंभ किया जाता है । यह विधि व्यापारियों और नौकरी वालों के लिए बहुत फायदेमंद है । ऐश्वर्य योग अर्थात् धन-लक्ष्मी की प्राप्ति हेतु विशेष सहायक विधि है । इस ध्यान से काम की रूकावटें खत्म हो जाती है । व्यवहार मधुर हो जाता है और मनोदशा शान्त एवं गंभीर हो जाती है । जीवन जीने की कला आसान हो जाती है । किसी उचित विशेषज्ञ से ही सीखना चाहिए, अन्यथा किया हुआ ध्यान उचित फायदा नहीं पहुँचा पाता है । हमारी संस्था इसके लिए सहयोग भी करती है।
